has acquired ownership of the beautiful Cliffhouse Resort and Casino on Walker Lake, Mineral County, Nevada.This is the ONLY resort property on the lake. This property is 30 acres and consists of The Cliffhouse Restaurant, adjoining bar and game room, both with a panoramic view overlooking the beautiful Walker Lake. A modern 12-unit motel is attached to a spa room and club house, and sits just a few feet from the restaurant, and stones throw from the lake itself. There is also a 5,000 square foot boathouse with attached boat repair shop. The other residential living quarters on the property include a duplex, tri-plex, four-plex, six-plex, and eight A-frame cabins with attached open garage port. There are also RV pads with hookups available for overnight camping.

The beautiful Cliffhouse Resort at Walker Lake lends itself perfectly to planned vacation development. Future plans involve building a boat marina, recreational vehicle rentals, and boat storage area. Plans are currently in the works to develop a Las Vegas style casino.
