Ten Four Corp. has acquired ownership of the beautiful Cliffhouse Resort and Casino on Walker Lake, Mineral County, Nevada. 

This is the ONLY resort property on the lake. The resort slopes gently down from Highway 95 which is the main artery between Northern and Southern Nevada, all the way to the shoreline of Walker Lake. (Mapquest Link) Walker Lake Resort is in the process of building a boat launch ramp, dock and marina on site.

This property is 30 acres and consists of The Cliffhouse Restaurant, (soon to be opened) with adjoining bar and game room, both with a panoramic view overlooking the beautiful Walker Lake. The beautiful Cliffhouse Resort at Walker Lake lends itself perfectly to planned vacation development.

The other residential living quarters on the property include a duplex, tri-plex, four-plex, six-plex, and eight A-frame cabins with attached open garage ports. There are RV pads with hookups available for overnighters.

THERE ARE NO BOATING RESTRICTIONS ON WALKER LAKE!!!
You can use any type of watercraft, and go as FAST as you want, and use ANY type of fuel!!!  This is a BOATERS HAVEN!!! Great for racing and water ski enthusiasts.  So get your BOAT AFLOAT, use common sense, and have some fun. YOU CAN EVEN BUILD A BONFIRE RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!! There are not many places where you can enjoy this type of freedom in the great outdoors.  Fishing is great, and Walker Lake is well known as a Fisherman's Paradise.
