Monthly maintenance fee of $40.00 or annual

Membership is non-transferable
There is no prepayment penalty.
10% discount on all cash transactions paid in full
Monthly payment is 1% (one percent) of the unpaid balance.
Interest payments may be a tax write-off.

For the first three (3) year’s Charter memberships,
all Charter Members are entitled to a 50% discount on all room rates,
food, lodging, hunting trips, guided tours, etc.
This is a Charter Membership special!
All subsequent years a 15% discount.
